As our Customer Service Advisor, Zack is the liaison between customers and our shop technicians. He’s often the first face and the last face you see when visiting the shop. Zack started with New Dimensions in 2020, after leaving the automotive retail parts industry. Zack has a strong background in customer service and people management, and it shows in his daily work. Regardless of how busy he might get, Zack always makes time to provide customers with careful and thoughtful service. Zack’s strengths are endless, but his ability to find parts, which can prove to be difficult with today’s struggling supply chain, and to get his hands on the parts quickly, has to be one of his strongest skills. His relentless effort to get things done enables our technicians to complete repairs quickly and get our customers back on the road. Same-day turnarounds have become quite the norm with Zack’s contributions. Zack’s professionalism as well as his sense of humor has customers enjoying their visits to New Dimensions Automotive.
