Service secured through any other source will not be reimbursed.
Our Repair Guarantee
New Dimensions Automotive is pleased to offer a repair guarantee for 12 months / 12,000 miles (whichever comes sooner) on most repairs. To qualify for this guarantee, the customer must purchase all recommended parts, materials, and labor from New Dimensions Automotive. Proof of original purchase must be provided. All warranty repairs must be scheduled and performed by a New Dimensions Automotive facility, or sublet by New Dimensions Automotive, within 12 months or 12,000 miles of the original repair invoice date. Warranty repairs may not exceed the cost on the original invoice. If the customer requests or the facility recommends a higher-grade part or manufacturer, the customer shall be responsible for the difference in price. This limited warranty is extended only to you, the original purchaser, and not to anyone who may purchase your vehicle from you during the term of the warranty.
What is NOT COVERED by this Guarantee:
Any job not related to the original invoice (parts and labor must be listed on the invoice) is not covered. Any job where the customer supplies the parts is not covered. Deposits are non-refundable for canceled services. Special order parts with NO RETURN or NON-REFUNDABLE policy from suppliers are non-refundable. Special order parts include but are not limited to programmable parts and electronics, keys, and VIN-specific special orders. The customer MUST pay for any non-warranty service performed at the same time as the warranty service. This warranty will not apply to your repaired vehicle if it has been damaged by abnormal use, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or “tampered with” (by other than the Facility or Facility employees). The Facility’s employees and/or agents do not have the authority to modify the terms of this warranty nor to make any promises in addition to those contained in this warranty. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT IN ANY WAY INCLUDE INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (additional expenses you may incur as the result of faulty repair or service). New Dimensions Automotive is not responsible for costs related to towing, parts, or labor performed by any other person or facility. All warranty repairs must be performed by New Dimensions Automotive, or otherwise coordinated and authorized in writing by New Dimensions Automotive agents. New Dimensions Automotive makes no promise to provide monetary reimbursements to a customer for parts, towing, or labor related to repairs covered under this warranty. This warranty is for repairs only. Oil changes and bulbs are excluded.
