    • Verified customer concern. Noticed air flow coming from floor. Meaning mode door actuator is inop. Scanned hvac moduel and found fualt code for drivers mode door actuator. Actuaor is behind dashboard. Common issue with lexus vehicles. Recommend ALL actuators due to dashboard removal is required and common issue
    • Replace drivers center vent servo motor. Resynch them and all other(3) work well. Customer approved replacement of that servo motor only for know.

    • Customer states ac is not cold enough. Went on a trip and ac was not cold during the trip.
    • Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance.
    • Replace a/c service ports
    • PERFORM GDI FUEL SYSTEM TREATMENT. TREATMENT INCLUDES DECARB ENGINE CYLINDER AND FUEL TREATMENT IN GAS TANK. CLEANS CARBON BUILD UP INSIDE ENGINE CYLINDER AND THROTTLE BODY.
    • SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace
    • ac blowing at 46 degrees. Note drivers blend door actuator is sticking . May need to be replaced if it stops working.
