• Greets all customers entering the service area and directs to appropriate person.

• Controls service traffic flow and parking.

• Assists service advisors when needed checking customers and vehicles in by recording vehicle information and prior damage.

• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, debris, etc.

• Place vehicle Interior Protection in each vehicle and ensures vehicle is free of dirt and grease from the service visit.

• Move vehicles to appointed parking area and ensure all windows are up and all vehicles are locked.

• Shuttle customers to and from various locations.

• Test drive vehicles with customers and as quality check after repair.

• Ability to operate standard transmission vehicles.

• Clean driving record for insurance purposes.

Learn More

• Associate degree in automotive, ASE certified, with 3+ years experience in a professional shop

• Valid drivers license

• Strong diagnostic skills & solid understanding of automotive theories

• Ability to diagnose and repair various year/make/model vehicles with limited supervision

• Must have own set of professional tools

• Common sense and creative approach to diagnosing – correctly repairs complex vehicle failures

• Team Player

• Experience in German-engineered vehicles is A + +

• Available Monday through Friday full-time (both on-time and reliable)

• Hourly Pay DOE with additional performance-based flag rate compensation packages

• Must have experience as a lube tech, mechanic, or shop assistant in a professional shop environment

• Valid drivers license with clean driving record for insurance purposes.

• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules and ability to perform detailed intake inspections/ make recommendations.

• Common sense and creative approach to performing maintenance and lube services to a variety of vehicles.
