It All Started When…

Husband and wife team, Jaime and Nikki Tejeda decided it was time to stop working for corporations and start doing things their way! In 2005 they established New Dimensions Automotive, an auto repair shop in Mesa, AZ offering honest and expert auto repair. New Dimensions Automotive, still family owned and operated, has successfully earned a solid reputation within the east valley, popular for quality service at a fair price. While Nikki works magic in the office, Jaime works hands-on at the shop, managing both the service desk and service bays, as well as performing diagnostics and repairs.

Jaime has an Associate’s degree in automotive from Universal Technical Institute and over 25 years of experience. Before opening New Dimensions Jaime worked for BMW dealerships in California and Arizona where he became a factory-trained and certified BMW® Master Technician.

New Dimensions has handpicked a team of employees to include friendly people dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. Technicians hold an Associates’s degree in automotive, as well as various certifications including ASE, GM, and others. Employees attend training courses throughout the year on new technology and repair methods. All this, combined with state-of-the-art diagnostics equipment, enables New Dimensions to diagnose and repair any vehicle.
