New Dimensions Automotive was founded in 2005 by husband-and-wife team Jaime and Nikki Tejeda with a clear goal: to create an auto repair shop in Mesa, AZ that puts honesty, quality, and customer care first. After years of working within corporate environments, they decided it was time to build a business that reflected their own standards and values. Jaime brought with him an Associate’s degree in automotive technology, more than 25 years of experience, and advanced training from BMW dealerships in California and Arizona, where he became a factory-trained BMW Master Technician. Nikki helped shape the customer experience on the front end, making sure every visit felt welcoming, organized, and respectful. Together, they built a shop focused on real relationships, clear communication, and dependable repair solutions for local drivers.

Over the years, New Dimensions Automotive has earned a strong reputation throughout Mesa, AZ and the East Valley by doing things the right way. The team includes degree-trained professionals with certifications in multiple manufacturers, and they continue training throughout the year to stay current with changing vehicle technology and repair methods. With ASE credentials, industry recognition, and a commitment to treating customers fairly, the shop continues to grow through referrals from people who value trustworthy service and quality workmanship.
