Nikki is an owner and Office Manager at New Dimensions Automotive, where she manages the books, payroll, marketing, and the web page.
Born in Dayton, Ohio but raised in Arizona from the time she was two, Nikki has a true love for Arizona and the community. Nikki has three awesome children with Jaime; their son Issac, and two daughters Cassiana and Kelia. Nikki started her early career in various administrative roles including working as a Receptionist for Mitsubishi Headquarters in California. After returning to Arizona in 1998, Nikki gained experience in Human Resources at MicroAge and as a professional recruiter for a staffing firm. Nikki later spent over 10 years at General Dynamics, where she excelled as a Warranty Coordinator for military ground systems and in Space Systems Materials as a Commodity Team Lead.
After Jaime and Nikki opened New Dimensions Automotive in 2005, Nikki spent the next five years working two jobs; General Dynamics by day, and managing the shop’s growth and books by night. In 2010, Nikki left her corporate position to focus solely on the shop and her family. Today, she spends her days doing all the behind-the-scenes work; running errands, marketing, and bookkeeping. When she’s not busy with the shop you can often find Nikki volunteering in the community, working with children, or spending time with her kids.
