Jaime is an owner and General Manager at New Dimensions Automotive, where he manages both the service desk and service bays.
Jaime, originally from Anaheim, California, started working on cars when only twelve years old after his dad discovered how mechanically inclined he was. Jaime developed a love for diagnosing and repairing vehicles and decided he would pursue an official education at Universal Technical Institute in Arizona. While in Arizona, Jaime met his future wife and business partner, Nikki. After receiving his Associate’s degree in automotive in 1996, Jaime and Nikki moved to California where Jaime began his professional career at Long Beach BMW. It was there that Jaime learned from some of the best techs in the state, while also having the opportunity to work on celebrities’ vehicles like Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O’Neal, and Tommy LaSorda. Jaime continued his technical education through BMW courses, later receiving his certification as a BMW master mechanic.
Jaime has an Associate’s degree in automotive from Universal Technical Institute and over 25 years of experience. Before opening New Dimensions Jaime worked for BMW dealerships in California and Arizona where he became a factory-trained and certified BMW® Master Technician.
In 1998 Jaime and Nikki moved back to Arizona to raise their family. Jaime continued his employment with BMW dealerships and independent European repair shops. In 2005, Jaime decided it was time to start his own repair shop. Partnering with his wife Nikki, Jaime established New Dimensions Automotive, which began as a mobile repair business. Within a few short months, Jaime’s client list had significantly grown to the point that a shop and employees would be necessary. New Dimensions Automotive moved into the Chevron building on the corner of Recker and McDowell in December of 2005 and has been there since!
Jaime loves operating New Dimensions Automotive, has developed great relationships with customers, and has earned the trust and respect of the community as an auto repair expert who offers HONEST service at a fair price.
