- Scanned for codes and found p0300 – misfire, p0324 – knock sensor, p218b – fuel trim bank 2. Monitored live data and found cylinder 4 consistently misfiring along with random misfires on cylinder 2. Removed cylinder 4 spark plug and found plug was dark and smelled like fuel. Inspected inside of cylinder 4 using borescope and found cylinder looks washed out/damp. Deactivated cylinder 4 fuel injector using scan tool with engine running. Felt little to no change with injector activated/deactivated. Cylinder 4 fuel injector is failing. Replacement of all fuel injectors is recommended due to vehicle's age (2015) and mileage.
