- COMPUTER DIAGNOSTICS: Includes use of computer/electronic diagnostic scanners to help determine problem. Scanned for dtcs and found C1616 – CAN bus off, b1493 – PODS communication error, and C1692 – CAN timeout VSM. Inspected under hood and found positive battery terminal very loose. Tightened battery terminals, cleared dtc's and test drove vehicle. Customer concern and DTC's did not return.
