- All shocks are worn out, the rest of the suspension is ok Recommend shocks all around and endlinks
- Key fob assembly sticking as well as key is worn Recommend new key
- Verified customer concern. Found timing cover and oil pan gaskets leaking heavily. To removed timing cover, will need to removed intake manifold, valve covers, upper and lower oil pans Recommend reseal of engine
- Verified customer concern. Sounds like an HVAC actuator. Tested all actuators and found temperature blend door actuator clicking, failure. Heard recirculation actuator starting to get loud Recommend temperature blend door actuator and recirculation actuator
- Unable to replicate concern at this moment. Test drove and drove ok Recimmend Will need to be occurring more frequent
- SHOCK ABSORBER – Remove & Replace – Both Sides – [DOES NOT include alignment.]
- TIMING COVER &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace
- Includes: Drain and fill oil up to 5qts, replace filter, lubricate chassis if applicable, check tire pressure, check vehicle fluid levels, perform complimentary visual multipoint vehicle inspection.
- HVAC DOOR ACTUATOR – Remove & Replace – Blend Air – [Includes: Calibration.] – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- HVAC DOOR ACTUATOR – Remove & Replace – Outside Recirculation – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
