- BASIC DIAGNOSTICS: 0.5hrs diagnostic time to inspect vehicle. Found serpentine belt intact. Vehicle would not start. Attempted to start with jump box, vehicle still would not start. Removed spark plugs and tried to turn engine over by hand. Found engine seized and unable to move. Drained oil to find level very low (1.2 quarts) and very dark. Oil change was 4 thousand miles over due according to vehicle and service sticker. Catastrophic internal engine damage has occurred. Will need engine assembly.
